First let me apologize for not getting something posted about this unique Railroad sooner. So far we have not started this project, as the client had a sudden illness in the family and it has been tabled for the time being. But for those of you who have asked about it, following is a brief description of the project.

The client has a negative edge lap pool with what can best be described as a moat at the base and continuing around the circumference of the pool. The water from the pool cascades over the negative edge into the moat. We had an acrylic platform built with track grooves in it that floats in the moat as the train passes over it. Additionally we had a 12 inch acrylic awning built that will overhang the track platform so the water doesn't cascade onto the track, but over it. So as the train moves along the track it appears to be traveling on the water. We do hope to finish this project sometime this winter.
