Rick's Away Shop is a 2000 square foot shop where he builds trestles, bridges, buildings, draws layouts of railroads, water features, sorts ballast and everything that requires more room than the shop at home and can't be done right at the property the railroad is on.

Between his shops, his truck and his "rolling shop" (a trailer that goes to out of state railroads) Rick has every tool needed or required in order to build railroads (and plenty of tools that don't have anything to do with building railroads, but we make them work for something.)
