The Dust Devil & Western Railroad in Central Phoenix is the second railroad we built for this client.

The first railroad was small and it's name told the whole story. It was the Squaw Peak & Jr (The Cat Walk Route) for a couple of reasons

1) it was named for their beloved cat Junior and
2) the entire railroad was literally on trestles and bridges.

When the client found a house with a "yard screaming for a model railroad" we were commissioned to build the Dust Devil & Western. And although we build many of the buildings on our railroads, this clients mother built the buildings on this railroad. Bridges were built by Dan Hoag of Eagle Wings Ironcraft and Trestles were built by Empire Builder
