The Canadian Southern Pacific Railroad is in North Scottsdale, AZ. Commissioned in Nov 2005 the owners are "Snowbirds" from Canada, hence the name. It is again, one of the reasons Empire Builder builds so many railroads, it is virtually maintenance free.
